The Idea

Learning Indian sign Language is a necessity for a deaf and mute person. This helps him or her connect with other deaf and mute persons and a larger community. However for a hearing person, learning Sign Language can be an entirely different experience. It is learning new skills to be able to communicate with the deaf and mute people. Due to increase in employment of deaf and mute community at various public spaces like restaurants, hospitals, railway stations etc. the interaction with deaf and mute community is unavoidable.

Poster

To promote learning, we decided that the content should not be restricted to the application. The learning begins outside the application at common places of interaction

The content of the poster depends on the location at which it is displayed.

The poster has a QR code to direct the learner to a mobile application.
